•   Hawfung  promises to provide brand-new products with warranty. If any product from  Hawfung  is found to be fake, customer's reject to payment and complaints are accepted.
•  For a period of fifteen(15) days from the date of purchase, if this product is determined to be defective, Hawfung will repair or replace the product or refund.After the warranty period, you must pay for all charges.
•  For a period of thirty(30)from the date of purchase, if this product is determined to be defective,  Hawfung  will repair of replace the product. Refund is not permitted. After the warranty period, you must pay for all charges.
• In the warranty period, if the product is determined to be defective and cannot be repaired, customers can replace the product to another one with the same Type and configure or products with higher prices provided the product of same type and configure is in short supply.
•  Hawfung  provides a warranty period of one year. During this warranty period (1 year),  Hawfung  takes no charge of the products repair and promises to take the repair within a week.

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Products after the warranty period or the warranty card is altered.
• Cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the Product;damage due to improper operation or maintenance.
• Invalid warranty voucher or receipted invoice (Except those with evidence of the valid warranty period)
• Products with unconformable serial number or Type number in the warranty voucher
•  Damage due to attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by  Hawfung  to service the Product.
